Refunds

• All Tonik sales are final and non-refundable.
• The payment collected at booking is a non-refundable deposit towards the provider exam to receive care from Tonik.
• No refunds are given on prepaid memberships.

Cancellations

• All sales are final and cannot be canceled once an order has been placed.
• All Tonik appointment cancellations without a reschedule request are strictly non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests need to be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a non-refundable fee of up to $50.
• Missed appointments will result in a non-refundable fee of up to $50.
• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone will be processed without penalty.
• If Tonik cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the patient can reschedule without penalty, subject to availability.
• All memberships must be cancelled in writing to info@tonikwellness.com.
• Membership cancellations will end at the end of their current billing period.
