Returns & Refunds Policy

Tonik Wellness (“Tonik,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides telehealth services, medical consultations, prescription medications, and wellness products. Due to the nature of prescription medicine and clinical services, federal and state regulations require strict policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. By purchasing from TonikWellness.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Returns Policy

1.1 Prescription Medications

Under federal law, we cannot accept returns of any prescription medications, opened or unopened, for resale or reuse.

  • All prescription medication sales are final.
  • We cannot accept medication returns for refund, exchange, or credit.
  • This applies to both subscription medications and retail (one-time) prescription orders.

1.2 Medical Supplies or Injectable Accessories

Due to safety and sterility requirements:

  • All medical supplies—including syringes, needles, sharps containers, troches, ODTs, vials, and ancillary supplies—are final sale.

1.3 Non-Prescription Retail Products

For over-the-counter items (non-prescription):

  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued back to the original payment method minus shipping fees.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Medical Consultations

  • All consultation fees, telehealth visits, provider evaluations, and lab interpretations are final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the provider has begun reviewing your intake.

2.2 Prescription Medication Orders

  • No refunds are provided for prescription medications once the order has been placed with the pharmacy—this includes compounding, shipping, or processing.
  • This applies to both recurring prescription shipments and one-time prescription purchases.

2.3 Subscription Charges

  • Subscription charges (medication subscriptions only) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has processed.
  • Partial month refunds are not provided.

2.4 Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided by the patient:

  • We cannot refund or replace medications.
  • A replacement order may be issued at the patient’s cost.

If the pharmacy or carrier is at fault:

  • Tonik will work with the pharmacy to issue a replacement when allowed.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Medication Subscriptions

Tonik offers medication-based subscriptions (e.g., Testosterone, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, BHRT, NAD+, and adjunct longevity medications).

Subscription Cancellation Terms

  • Subscriptions may be canceled any time before the next billing date, subject to the minimum commitment below.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@tonikwellness.com or via portal chat with your Tonik Concierge.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • (There are no mid-cycle refunds.)
  • If a refill order has already been placed with the pharmacy before your cancellation request is received, that order will still be processed and billed.

Minimum Commitment – All Subscription Medications

  • All subscription medications require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
  • You may request cancellation at any time, but your cancellation will not become effective until after the initial 3-month subscription period has been completed.

3.2 One-Time Retail Medication Purchases

Prescription retail purchases (e.g., a one-time vial, troche, peptide, etc.):

  • Cannot be canceled once the order is placed, due to pharmacy dispensing laws.
  • If you need an adjustment, contact your Concierge prior to ordering.

4. Appointment Cancellations

4.1 Patient-Requested Cancellation

  • Appointments canceled 24+ hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or require rebooking at the provider’s next availability.

4.2 Tonik-Requested Cancellation

  • If Tonik must cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule without penalty, subject to provider availability.

5. Issues, Errors, or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged shipment
  • The wrong medication
  • Missing items

Contact info@tonikwellness.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. We will coordinate with the pharmacy for resolution according to legal guidelines.

6. Chargebacks and Insurance

  • Attempting to dispute a charge for services already rendered or medications already dispensed is considered fraudulent and may result in termination of care.
  • Tonik does not bill or accept insurance and cannot provide insurance-based reimbursement documentation beyond general receipts.

7. Policy Updates

Tonik may update this policy at any time to remain compliant with federal/state laws, pharmacy requirements, or operational changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
